1. Self-Healing Material

Self Healing Product (FRiSH)

TYTECH's new developed coating Self-Healing Material acts as a buffer/cushion by structuring high cross-links with Poly-isocyanate, which results in becoming flexible polymer. This flexibility disperses the energy impact, which is the source of scratches, and quickly heals them (recovering deformation). This advanced material is capable of Self-Healing in room temperature and cold temperature.

2. Large-area Ag Coating Technology (Silver Thin Film Coating Technology)

Large-area Ag Coating Technology

Thin metal formation process using silver mirror reaction; Ability to form high quality Ag nanoparticles stack layer by spraying method.

Process

* StepⅠ. Under Coater
- Coating exclusively for adhesiveness between Ag and product before Ag layering process

* Step Ⅱ. Silver Thin Layer Coating
- Ag Thin Layer Formation by Exclusive Two-Gun Spray (Silver Mirror Reaction)

* Step Ⅲ Top Coater
- Coating the exclusive top layer to protect Ag layer

- Possibility of coating that gives appearance of several different colored metal textures by adding colorant on top layer

Use

Applicable on products that require functions such as light reflex, antibiosis, electrical conductivity (electrode material) by forming Ag thin layer formation

Feature

- Environmental friendly technology that does not require harmful heavy-metals or certain chemical process
- Simplified Systemization is possible with our spraying method technology, while other technologies need expensive vacuum equipment or huge tank for electronic plating, etc.
- Availability of making product surface with a feel of colored metal textures by adding colorant on final surface on the top layer
